Draw Near

 

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.  James 4:8

  

        Draw means to Come, which means to "Enter Into" something. 

 

God tells us to Draw Near to Him. 

          Draw near to God means to Enter into a Relationship with Him. 

        If you do this, Then God says He will Enter into a Relationship with you. This type of relationship is the very most beneficial to any person, both here on earth and after our body dies. Only God gives Eternal Life.

Just like American English is slightly different from British English, Draw and Come are slightly different but they have the same meaning. James 4:8
