Show me more Facts and Proof. Here goes> God showed up on earth historically. Incredible Odds >> God predicted what the Christ would be, what He would do, how He would die, and what would happen after that. They all came true! Unfair!>> What bothers me is that Religious people seem to think they are so right! They seem to judge the rest of us who are muddling through and doing our best. They don't even seem to notice that they make are the same mistakes we do!! What is with that? God is too angry with me to want me paying attention to Him!! <<<Not so!

I agree! Religious people seem to be into doing "good" deeds and being "right", and sometimes seem to judge others against what they imagine they are all "good" about. When I look closely, their lives seem as messed up as other peoples. Sometimes I just don't see the compassion and care that their God is supposed to be all about. Some of them seem to be more about their exclusive "club" rather than anything else. >>BUT that is RELIGION. Religion is about institutions, rules, behaving well, and doing works to get you into a better place later on. Jesus warned against the religious people (Matthew 23)! This website is NOT about Religion. This website is about a RELATIONSHIP. It is about a REAL relationship with a Real Alive Person, not an imaginary "wishing well". This Real Person Lived a Real Life which is well documented. This Real Person really did die with many witnesses watching (John 19). This Real Person did come alive again three days after He was killed on a cross (John 20). This Real person became alive again three days later and was seen eating and talking by hundreds of people(1 Corinthians 15:3-8). And after 40 days this Real Alive person literally went up in the sky beyond the clouds (Acts 1) and still lives to intercede (Hebrews 7:25 ) on behalf of those who know Him and trust Him. This website is about a relationship with A Real Living God and His Real Son, Jesus Christ the Lord (Matthew 3:17; Matthew 17:5). They were looking intently up into the sky as He was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. "Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, Who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen Him go into heaven." Acts 1:10,11 It is this Jesus Who this website is about. We have a Real relationship with Him because He has asked us to. Jesus wants a relationship with you, too! "Come to Me." More religion? Hypocrites? Are you religious? Can God enter my room? |
