Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. Deut 6:4

For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; He is to be feared above all gods. 1Chron 16:25         For the LORD is the great God, the great King above all gods. Eternal is the Lord God, He always was, is and is to come.

The Lord God Almighty is Eternal, that means everlasting, never dies.  How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!  Heb 9:14

Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them. Heb 7:25

"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord God, "Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come, the Almighty."  Rev 1:8

Unchanging is the Lord God - always the same. 

"I the LORD do not change."  Mal 3:6                 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.  Heb 13:8        There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit.  1Cor 12:4

        Just as you have different names, such as the name you were given at your birth, the name you acquired after some event, a nick name, a family name, a school name, a formal business name, a name your mother calls you, … So it is with God, except each of His Names reveal His unchangeable character.
