Grace

God loves you sooo much, that He extends to You favor that you do not deserve.

That undeserved and unmerited favor is called Grace.

Grace is something that you cannot earn, you cannot buy, you cannot steal, you cannot reach, you cannot make, you cannot get in any way except by God freely giving it to you.

Grace is Someone doing something nice for you when you do not deserve it.
Grace is when Someone that you hate, and Who knows that you hate them, does special favors for you, and doesn’t ask anything from you.

--For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to Him through the death of His Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! Not only is this so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. Rom 5:10,11  See Substitute for details.

Grace is when an innocent person takes the punishment that you deserve for the crime you did, and asks for nothing in return from you.

-- Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God's wrath through him! Col 1:21; Rom 5:6-9 Show me details > Substitute.

Grace is when Someone makes right the wrong things that you did, which you are not able to fix no matter how much you try, and Who does it freely, without cost to you.

-- As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath. But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions--it is by grace you have been saved. Eph 2:1-5 Show me Substitute details.

Grace is Someone sustaining your body, all nature, animals and not asking you for anything in return.  Sustain means to keep in existence, to keep alive, to maintain, to provide support, and to uphold.

Who sustains all these things?     BodyNatureAnimals? Healing?

The Someone Who gives grace is God.

Grace can be likened to a vessel of olive oil - it pours out without anything able to go back into it.  It is a one-way vessel. Grace is hand poured by God alone. God is a Giver that needs nothing in return.  However, His marvelous gifts cause the receiver to be transformed and changed to such Wholeness that the whoever receives God's gifts is elated and moved to love in return, the Giver of grace, the Lord God Almighty.

We love because He first loved us. Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify You. 1 John 4:19; Ps 63:6

Grace, unmerited favor, freely gives us --

Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Rom 3:24
Freedom in our soul.  So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.  John 8:36
A purpose in the kingdom of God.  By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name.  Rom 1:5
To be an adopted child by God and forever His.  For you did not receive a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, or adoption, And by Him we cry, "Abba, Father."  Romans 8:15
All the rights and privileges of being God's child. - But when the time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons.  Because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, "Abba, Father." So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son, God has made you also an heir. Gal 4:5-7

To live without grace is disgrace

I want to pray for God to save me from sooo much!
